Lamb & Co., founded by twin sisters Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis, best known as the hosts of HGTV’s Unsellable Houses, has built a multi-faceted, community-driven brand that goes far beyond design television. Led by Washington natives in Snohomish, the sisters have grown Lamb & Co. from a real estate team into a full-service real estate brokerage, in-person and virtual interior design and renovation firm, and lifestyle brand with a curated storefront of home décor and furnishings. At the core of Lamb & Co. and Renewal by Andersen is a shared belief that the things that matter most come down to people, homes, and the communities they serve.
This philosophy mirrors the evolution of Wedgwood Companies, the parent organization behind Renewal by Andersen of Washington, Boise, Central California, and Greater Sacramento. What began in the Wedgwood neighborhood of Northeast Seattle as a home-based business built by the Gonzalez brothers (can you feel the sibling synergy here?) was rooted in a simple vision: serve people well and build something lasting. From that neighborhood foundation, the company has grown into a multi-state organization with more than 500 employees, while remaining deeply committed to its original mission of delivering a world-class homeowner experience.
Today the company is led by Kat Marriott, a Washingtonian native whose leadership reflects the same values that guide Lamb & Co. Together, this partnership highlights the strength of local businesses combining forces to make a meaningful impact. “The Lamb sisters’ passion for transforming homes and making dreams a reality aligns seamlessly with our mission at Renewal by Andersen, helping homeowners love where they live. This collaboration opens the door to new opportunities to deliver inspired design, expert craftsmanship, and lasting solutions to homeowners ready to reimagine their spaces.” – Kat
